About The Apollo Theatre

The Apollo theatre is on Shaftesbury Avenue. It was originally well known for shorter runs of plays and musicals, although a few productions have bucked the trend and played for much longer. The theatre seats just under 900 people but looks and feels much larger. It's split over four levels and built in a traditional style, with ornate designs and side boxes on three levels. Although huge in scale, each level feels contained and intimate.

Great sequel to the tv series.
An enjoyable show for anyone, but especially for those who remember Yes, Prime Minister. Quick fire dialogue (sometimes delivered a little too fast to catch the punchline) gave us a lot of laughs.

My wife really enjoyed the show. I found it good but not as good as I’d hoped, certainly not as good as the TV programmes. The cast were very good but the plot to me was just okay and the ending flat.
