About The Apollo Theatre

The Apollo theatre is on Shaftesbury Avenue. It was originally well known for shorter runs of plays and musicals, although a few productions have bucked the trend and played for much longer. The theatre seats just under 900 people but looks and feels much larger. It's split over four levels and built in a traditional style, with ornate designs and side boxes on three levels. Although huge in scale, each level feels contained and intimate.

Best show around!
We were a party of four, who didn’t really know what to expect ….and have enjoyed one of our best nights ever. The show, the actors and everything about it was splendid beyond words. We haven’t laughed as much in a long, long time! Hats off to all concerned!
